A Case of Tracheo-Innominate Artery Fistula After Tracheostomy

Abstract
Tracheo-innominate artery fistula is a rare, but it is most fatal complication after tracheostomy. Without proper management, the mortality is nearly 100% due to sudden massive tracheal hemorrhage. Early detection and urgent surgical management are essential for survival of patient. We present a patient who developed a tracheoinnominate
artery fistula and survived as a consequence of proper management with literature reviews.
